Cloud10 Analytics ("Cloud10," "we," "us") provides AI agent infrastructure and analytics services to industrial and field-service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to operate our services for our business customers and their authorized contacts.

- Business contact information — names, email addresses, phone numbers, and company details of the business owners, staff, and field contractors who use our services.
- Operational content — information submitted in the course of work, such as job notes, survey details, and photographs provided by authorized users.
- Service and usage data — basic technical records needed to operate and secure our systems.
How We Use Information
We use the information above solely to provide and improve our services: coordinating field work, processing operational data, generating estimates and reports, and communicating with authorized users. We do not sell personal information.
Mobile Messaging & SMS
Phone numbers used for messaging are collected only from onboarded contractors and business contacts who have consented to receive messages from us. Messaging is strictly operational — for example, coordinating a survey or exchanging job photos with a field contractor. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Mobile information and messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
How We Share Information
We share information only with service providers who help us operate our systems (such as communications and hosting providers), and only as needed to deliver our services. We do not sell or rent personal information, and — as stated above — mobile information and messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Data Security & Retention
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, and we retain it only as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law.
